    We start from your property’s official assessed value on record with the county appraisal district, then show how that value has trended over recent years.
  • Comparable properties
    We compare your assessment against similar nearby properties. Under Texas law, an equal-and-uniform comparison is a recognized standard for protesting an over-assessment.
  • Estimated annual savings
    The figure shown is an estimate, not a guarantee. We only earn a contingency fee when we actually win you a reduction, so our incentive is to fight for the largest fair savings.
